Description
A single vineyard Manzanilla sherry. Only free run juice is used and vinification with native yeasts only. Aged for 6 years in solera and minimally filtered before bottling. Nuances of chamomile, straw, iodine and mineral notes. Salty, fresh, and very persistent on the finish.
