DELIVERY
We endeavour to dispatch all items within 48 hours maximum (excluding bank holidays and weekends). When this is not possible you will be contacted to discuss.
Ireland (48 hour delivery):
Free delivery for orders over €60
Standard Irish Delivery – for orders under €60 value within all 32 counties €7.50
Mainland* UK (Allow 2-3 working days):
€15 Standard Delivery to all mainland UK addresses
*Please contact us directly in relation to delivery to off-shore UK Island addresses as this is not possible to arrange via our website
All other EU Countries (allow 3-6 working days):
All orders up to 5 kilo weight are €30 standard delivery.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
RETURN POLICY: After your purchase has been delivered, you have seven days to return your goods with a full refund. Products must be returned in unopened, original packaging. Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used, minus shipping costs.
DAMAGED GOODS: Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. You have 14 days to return your damaged or faulty goods for an exchange or refund. Dublin Herbalist is not responsible for any damaged or faulty goods not reported in 24 hours. Damaged goods can be delivered by registered post to:

Dooks Fine Foods is not responsible for any returned package lost in transit and advise you to use register shipping for returned products. Postage for damaged / faulty goods returned is covered by Dooks Fine Foods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled without further charge if the product has not been dispatched.
